Iowa City Apartments

Recently I was talking with my nephew who is attending the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. Because he is attending the school of pharmacy, he needed to find a place to live off campus that was close by.
Luckily, he found what is, in his words, "The best apartments in Iowa City!" Believe me, he has seem many of them. Throughout his undergraduate years, he bounced around from crummy place to crummy place. Some were too loud. Some were too small. And, too many of them were really over priced.
The problem he had was finding the right place at the right price. Because he will be getting married and starting a family soon, he needed a 2 bedroom apartments and wanted to have some upscale amenities that would help them feel more comfortable.

As it turned out, he found a company by the name of Rae-Matt Properties that has some really great Iowa City apartments. Among their many apartment buildings, he settled into the 35 Harlocke Place Apartments. With an open floor plan and large bedrooms he is able to enjoy the quiet wooded setting. There is even a private deck for him to enjoy and relax in the warmer evenings.

The buildings are newer and have high-end appliances and he even has his own full size washer and drier right in his apartments! I was impressed!

All-in-all, his search is over. After living in the Harlocke Apartments for over 6 months, he says he won't be moving again until he is done with his degree. The management has been nothing but helpful and he is sure that he will be recommending this apartment company to all of his University of Iowa classmates.
